I read this in 4th grade (waaaaay back in the early 90's) and loved it. Now that I'm homeschooling my daughter and going through a medieval unit, I'm reading it with her again. I love being able to relive this story and pass it on. My daughter is enjoying it too (she is 10 years old and in 4th grade).Product details

It's boring I hate reading this made me hate it a little less but I still think there are WAY better books no affence to the author or to kindle or to or to any one else. But ya the point is that it's really boring and ya it's summer don't spend your time reading 🤔😄

Great literature for our homeschool. Allegorically explores Christians themes of truth and faith. Plus its a fun, rich, read.

Students just love this book!
I have used this book as a night time read with three of my children. My eight year old son enjoyed reading this book also. The writing style is very good, the plot is interesting, and the message is not trite. I am interested in reading other books by the author. I believe our Christian school has used this book as one of its readers for about 4th or 5th grade.
